Cacao is grown throughout the world’s humid tropics, including our very own Costa Rica biome. Enjoy the rich botanical and human history of this plant and learn how it gets from tree to table. Join experts from Mitchell’s Fine Chocolates to sample a tasting of chocolates from the South American region and learn how to pair these exotic chocolates with wine.
